National Lender Services

ATA National Title Group was founded in 1999 to provide centralized title search, insurance and settlement services to lenders and investors engaged in managing defaulted mortgage loans. In an effort to diversify our client base, we subsequently acquired the operations or branches of over 15 companies located in the Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan markets.

In 2014, leveraging our centralized default services operation, we rolled out the National Lender Services division to support lenders doing business in multiple states. Through direct agency operations in 29 states or third party alliances, we provide national coverage and a full array of refinance, default and title curative services to our clients.

Today, ATA is a full-service title insurance agency providing comprehensive title and settlement services to companies and individuals involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions. We operate a number of independent brands and manage approximately 400 associates in over 60 offices across several states. We are the leading independent title insurance agency in the Midwest region in both volume of policies issued and insurance in force.
